Settings for Unicos/lc on Cray XT, using the Portland Group PGI Fortran and C++ compilers.

Requires the following environment settings:

ESMF_COMPILER pgi

For pre-7.1 compilers, please see the ESMF_Conf.inc file for several
macros that must be enabled for proper operation.
