Settings for Linux, using the commercial Portland Group PGI Fortran compiler
and the GNU C++ compiler (g++).

Requires the following environment settings:

ESMF_COMPILER pgigcc

For pre-7.1 compilers, please see the ESMF_Conf.inc file for several
macros that must be enabled for proper operation.
