Installation guidelines for RTC-Tools

We recommend the following folder structure. This structure is also maintained in the svn repository

RTC-Tools
_ bin
_ _ Win32_Release
_ examples
_ _ bodensee
_ _ expression1
_ _ nhi1

Download the binaries from 
http://oss.deltares.nl/web/rtc-tools/documentation

Unzip the binaries to the corresponding folder in the bin directory.
