This folder is a copy of the one available in Jan Mooiman's Bulletin on 230411 and additional style classes I use. For using it:
1) Modify script <dispatch_miktex.bat>
2) Update folders: MikTeX Console -> Tasks -> Refresh filename database

Miktek installation on default directory presumed (Windows).
MiKTeX has changed the version numbering at 21 June 2020 (MikTeX 2.9.7440 -> 20.06) and therefor removed the directory name "2.9".


User mode
    Copy the directories bibtex, makeindex, deltares_examples and tex to the directory 
    c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\

Administrator mode
    Copy the directories bibtex, makeindex, deltares_examples and tex to the directory 
    c:\ProgramData\MiKTeX\

    Remove than the following existing directories (if they exist):
    c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\bibtex\bst\misc
    c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\templates
    c:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MiKTeX\tex\latex\misc

To assure that the classes can be found by LaTeX, follow the instructions on 
https://publicwiki.deltares.nl/display/PWD/Installation+of+LaTeX+on+your+PC
bullit 4 b.
Now you are able to make use of the class-files.
