to get csv files, there are several options:

1: get them from gdal source code (google gdal)
2: get it from the source (EPSG).

1 download source *.mdb file (MS Acces database) from EPSG: http://www.epsg.org/
2 open *.mdb with MS Excel, and select one of the data sheets (e.g.'area')
3 save as *.csv
4 repeat 2&3 for every *.csv you wish to update
5 done

run supertrans_csv2mat.m
