This functions are copied from <OET>\matlab\applications\delft3d_matlab\private\

This is done to make existing QUICKPLOT functionalities directly available for the EHY_tools (as they are in delft3d_matlab's private folder)

If you think the scripts in <OET>\matlab\applications\EHY_tools\private\ are obsolete, please commit the updated copies from the delft3d_matlab folder or contact Julien.Groenenboom@deltares.nl
