SYNOPSIS

   create_production_test 

   create_production_test -help

Purpose
************************************************************************
 
   Running this command will create a production restart test for the 
   current case. The testcase will be created in a parallel directory  
   (see output when executing command for details).  

   Clone the current case and generate a testcase based on it.
   The testcase will be created in a parallel directory.
   Users will then submit that test manually and check the file
   TestStatus when complete
