The wind forcing: ECMWF and NCEP/NCAR global reanalysis
Grid: spherical grid (31X14 sea grid points)
Integrated parameters and total sea and swell spectra output are obtained at every 3 hours

Coverage
Entire Black Sea basin: grid from 27.5E to 42E and from 41.0N to 47.0N (31X14 grid points)

Validation
The model is adapted for fetch-limited conditions and validated against buoy measurements in 
several points around the Black Sea and satellite data.
