The Fluid Mud communication is very sensitive for temporary files not being deleted.
Clean up the run directory as much as possible before starting a simulation.

Linux: To switch OFF Shared Memory usage:
- In file "run_flow2d3d_flm.sh":
  useSharedMem=0
- In file "dioconfig.ini":
  Replace "StreamType=SharedMem" by "StreamType=ASCII" in Dataset 1 to 8

Linux: Be sure to clean up all resources:
- Check that all executables are stopped (using the command "ps" or "qstat")
- Check that all shared memory blocks are freed (using the commands "ipcs" and "ipcrm"
