d_hydro.exe

For generating a d-hydro.exe for D-Flow1D/D-RTC (Windows, 32-bit)
a vs2012 solution d_hydro_exe-only.sln has been created.
It only contains the projects:
-	engines_gpl/d_hydro/packages/d_hydro/d_hydro_exe.vcxproj (d_hydro.exe)
-	engines_gpl/d_hydro/packages/d_hydro_lib/d_hydro_lib.vcxproj (d_hydro_dll.dll)
-	utils_lgpl/deltares_common/packages/deltares_common_c/deltares_common_c_vs2012.vcxproj

The solution build for all four Configuration/Platform combinations (Debug|Release / 32-bit|64-bit).
It has only been tested for D-Flow1D/D-RTC, and not for other platforms and/or models (like D-FlowMF/Wave etc.)

The generated exe and dll are temporary products, that become formal once incorporated in the trunk.

Renaming d_hydro.exe to dimr.exe has to be done by hand. The name of d_hydro_dll.dll can not be changed.
